Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Sawtell RSL Club will be held in the clubs Norm Rowland Lounge on Sunday 19th October, 2025. This meeting will commence promptly at 9am.

The club will open at 8.30am only for the admittance of members attending this meeting.

This year there will be no election for the Board of Directors.

Under  R9.3.2 of the Clubs Constitution directors hold office for 2 years. The current board will hold office until the conclusion of the 2026 AGM.

*Proper notice of any business proposed by the members for this meeting must be with the Secretary by 5pm on Monday 3rd September, 2025
